Production Manager for Video Production Company (Bellevue)

WHO ARE WE? JOB TITLE: Production Manager REPORTS TO: Executive in Charge of Production FLSA STATUS: Full-Time, Exempt, Salary RESPONSIBILITIES: • Serves as main liaison between our company and clients to ensure projects are tracked and staffed efficiently; • Manage the production of live multi-camera studio shows, case studies, and narrative project; • Collaborate with core production team to ensure technical specs compliment creative elements; • Interact with clients directly and generate new business relationships; • Oversee creation and maintenance of production schedules; • Supervise production crews; • Manage and track budgets; • Able to problem solve for issues that arise during the course of a production; • Create project status updates as needed; • Use discretion and good judgement in representing the company while interfacing with clients, talent, and crew members; • 'Self-motivate and work effectively under deadline pressure while coordinating multiple tasks; • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a strong understanding of how to run an efficient production; • Work with designated COVID Safety Officer to ensure productions comply with health and safety regulation; and • Other duties as assigned.
