About CS3 Photography: CS3 Photography is a nationwide photography agency based out of Casselberry, FL. Our trusted clients range from Fortune 500 companies to national landmarks & historic sites. Responsibilities: • Draft correspondences and other formal documents • Plan and schedule appointments and events • Greet and assist onsite guests • Answer inbound telephone calls • Develop and implement organized filing systems • Perform all other office tasks • Photoshoot follow ups and reminders • Scheduling and booking appointments and photoshoots • Working with prices for photographer bookings • Book travel arrangements • Local errand pickups • Photographer Onboarding Who You Will Report To: Executive Management Team and/or Photo Management Team. You won't report, but will still communicate with both our client contacts & nationwide photographers.
