Production Sous USDA

You will be assisting head chef & ceo with daily production of diverse appetizers for today’s food-service industry. Our customer base will be other chef's at restaurants, hotels, clubs & other upscale dining establishments. At 6 month period you will be required to take USDA examination which we will pay for to complete this role (it is a simple exam but you must pass). This is a career role which will eventually evolve into a salary plus commission (you will be entering on the ground floor) Our production facility is temperature cooled and lunch is provided. Skills and Qualifications: -Catering, banquet production and or fine dining is a big plus -Candidate SHOULD be looking for a career opportunity and understand this is a great place to grow.
