Production Studio Associate

Production Studio Associate Los Angeles Fine Art Photography Studio Note: We are looking for a reliable and consistent professional. No photography background required. We are open to interviewing candidates with backgrounds outside of arts or film industry, if they have a proven record of professional work ethic. Roles And Responsibilities: \\- Open and Close Studio Facility \\- Oversee facility cleanliness and organization \\- Maintain stock of studio supplies (cleaning, kitchen, bathrooms etc) \\- Send and receive mail and packages \\- Hiring and management of studio internships \\- Light paperwork \\- Schedule appointments with vendors for repairs, maintenance etc. \\- Secure and ensure that all props, tools, supplies and sets are organized, put away and clean after each production \\- Ensure the security, safety and fire safety of the building \\- Maintenance of studio truck \\- Serve as studio liaison to hired construction vendors, art department, production and clients \\- Keep track of new prop entries to inventory and organize in prop room \\- Receive and input catalogues/books/exhibition material into archive \\- Coordinate Artist’s appointments and track on the shared calendar \\- Assist Artist with various personal tasks including oversight of vendors at his home \\- Occasional photoshoot production: scheduling, casting, secure talent paperwork, etc.
