Professional Freelancer (Photographer)

Professional Freelancer (Photographer) skillfully serves as a remote contributing commericial photographer for our company projects and client projects, as needed. It is a commission-based 1099-NEC position, with perks. Responsible for your own assignments and also able to work in a team, as needed. • Willing to lead/participate in community projects • The individual will have an opportunity to provide support and execute for projects; lead projects, and drive innovation and growth • Able to work independently with minimal oversight and able to lead and motivate teams • Utilize your industry best practices, techniques, and standards • Ensure that work requirements are met and complies with internal standards • Have the proper equipment to perform remote work (pc/laptop/tablet, phone, internet, and web-cam) • Have the proper resources to perform your trade • Work weekdays, on call for emergencies • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership • Drug Free • Pass Background Check Qualifications • Skilled in your chosen field • Sample of Work • Resume optional • Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people • Ability to manage multiple projects, including community projects • Excellent communication skills • Communication skills, creativity, problem solving skills, and conflict resolution • Bilingual a plus, not required
