The In-House Photographer & Video Editing Assistant plays a hands-on role in supporting Crobar’s photography, studio shoots, product content creation, and video editing workflows. This position is ideal for someone who is visually driven, technically skilled, comfortable in a studio setting, and eager to grow within a professional creative agency. You will assist our photographers, help manage studio setups, shoot product and lifestyle content, and edit videos for social, digital, and campaign applications. Required Skills & Qualifications • 1–3 years of photography or video production experience (agency/studio experience a plus) • Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and camera fundamentals • Ability to shoot with DSLR or mirrorless systems (we will train on our preferred equipment) • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing digital assets • Ability to lift and move studio equipment (lights, stands, furniture items, etc.) What We Offer • Competitive compensation (DOE) • Regular Monday–Friday schedule • Opportunity to work on national-level brands and campaigns • Creative, supportive, fast-moving environment • Growth opportunities in photography, video production, studio operations, and creative strategy • A hands-on role building a portfolio you can be proud of
