1099 Real Estate Photographer – Contract Position (AWP Real Estate Media)

AWP Real Estate Media is seeking a skilled and dependable contract (1099) real estate photographer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for photographers who take pride in delivering clean, consistent, high-end imagery and can represent our brand professionally in the field.

Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality interior and exterior images of residential (and occasional commercial) propertiesFollow AWP’s shot lists, composition standards, and brand style guidelinesArrive on time and communicate professionally with agents and homeownersEnsure proper lighting, composition, and exposure on-siteDeliver bracketed/RAW images promptly after each shoot (same-day or next-day turnaround expected)Maintain a professional appearance and client experience at every shootRequirements (Non-Negotiable):

Full-frame camera required (no crop sensor bodies)Wide-angle lens (typically 14–24mm or similar range)Tripod and ability to shoot bracketed exposures (HDR)Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to various shoot locationsAbility to follow a consistent shooting style and take directionPreferred (Not Required, But a Plus):

Strong understanding of real estate photography techniques (composition, verticals, lighting)Real estate photography experienceFAA Part 107 drone licenseExperience shooting video or social media content (Reels, walkthroughs, etc.)Familiarity with Lightroom/Photoshop (if editing is part of your workflow)Compensation:
