AWP Real Estate Media is looking for a dependable and motivated photographer to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has recently graduated from, or is currently enrolled in, a photography, film, or media program and is looking to apply their skills in a professional environment.

We're looking for someone who enjoys photography, pays close attention to detail, communicates professionally, and is excited to grow alongside a fast-growing real estate media company. Real estate photography experience is a plus, but it is not required. We'll provide our shooting standards and processes—you bring a strong photography foundation and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Photograph residential (and occasional commercial) real estate listings
Capture clean, bright, consistent interior and exterior images
Follow AWP's shot lists, composition standards, and photography guidelines
Represent AWP professionally with real estate agents and homeowners
Travel to properties throughout the Willamette Valley and surrounding areas
Upload RAW/bracketed images promptly after each shoot
Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail on every assignment

Compensation

Starting at $20/hour (1099 Independent Contractor)
Flexible scheduling based on your availability and company demand
Opportunities for hourly pay increases as you develop additional skills, demonstrate reliability, and take on more responsibilities
Opportunities to expand into drone photography, video production, luxury properties, and other premium media services

Requirements

Full-frame camera
Wide-angle lens (approximately 14–24mm or equivalent)
Tripod
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Willingness to travel to various shoot locations
Strong understanding of photography fundamentals
Professional communication and reliability
Ability to follow AWP's photography standards and processes
Must have an FAA Part 107 Drone License or be willing to obtain one within the first few months
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

Preferred Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a photography, film, or media program
Experience with Lightroom or Photoshop
Video production experience
Drone photography experience
Architectural, interior, or real estate photography experience

Important

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
