Ziprent is looking for qualified and responsible Photographers with experience in Real Estate Photography within the following areas: Preference will be given to photographers willing to travel within the state for appointments as the market starts out (additional travel rates paid). IMPORTANT: As we are a fully remote property management company, we will be different than your standard real estate photography job with tasks outside of standard photography work. • Submit a minimum of 15-30 professionally edited, high quality photos of interior/exterior of property (including any property amenities) and details of lockbox installation within 24 hours of listing appointment • Willing to pick-up smart electronic lockboxes for installation from properties within a minimum 35 miles from the listing appointment property. • 360 Camera or equipment to complete 3D Matterport Tours - REQUIRED • Submit invoices and accept payment by ACH direct deposit • Rates to be Negotiated in $225 - $300+ range for all listing appointment services.
