We need 2 Photographers & 2 Videographers that are professional & competitive. (part of the evaluation) • 5+ years of wedding experience • Professional wedding portfolio -galleries and/or videos. - Collaborate with clients, wedding planners and team members to determine specific project goals and requirements - Set up and operate camera equipment, including lighting, audio, and other necessary tools - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photography & videography to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative content Experience: - 5+ years of proven experience as a wedding photographer or wedding videographer - Ability to transition between indoor and outdoor settings to maintain high quality content. - Excellent in using professional camera equipment and accessories - Understanding of color management and its application in photography and videography - Knowledge of photography principles and composition - Experience in journalism or film production is a plus Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, wedding planners, our team and other wedding team members - Attention to detail to ensure high-quality photo & video production - Creativity and artistic vision to capture compelling visuals - Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines - Flexible - the ability to navigate sensitive social situations and be adaptable to a variety of situations.
