Helix Design Group is looking for a Project Administrator to provide support to our design team throughout all phases of a project. This person will work with our Principals, Project Managers and Designers while also providing overflow support to our other office administrative team members. * Gatekeeper for project information from project start-up through archiving * Attend bi-weekly project management meetings; compose, edit and distribute meeting materials * Support to Project Managers in writing project specifications * Support to Project Managers in coordinating project reports (conditions assessments, feasibility, schematic design, etc.) We offer competitive salary, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K and PTO.
