Develops design alternatives to meet the client’s programmatic requirements, assures compliance with building codes, and assures technical suitability. Monitors production of Construction Documents with Job Captain, including material/product research and technical detailing. Ability to work on multiple projects or phases at one time. Substantial experience in design development and detailing of all aspects on a wide variety of project types. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and to work within a team structure.
