Who we are: Firefly (fireflyfabrication.com) is a custom fabrication shop in Santa Clarita, CA that focuses on building food trucks, trailers and carts. We are growing quickly and have created a new Project Coordinator position to help take our team to the next level. We expect the Project Coordinator to be a 100% desk job, however familiarity with basic shop tools, supplies, and fabrication processes will be important. What you’ll do: \\- Enter data into and run reports from our ERP software (ShopTech’s E2 Shop) to track project timelines, project costs, and raw inventory \\- Research and purchase tools, inventory and supplies as needed from existing and new vendors \\- Use Expensify to track purchases, receipts, and petty cash and code them to the correct project \\- Manage paperwork / processes like contract updates, change orders, walkthrough checklists, etc. To apply, please reply to this add with your resume, a paragraph about why you're a great fit, and whether you'd like full time or part time employment.
