Sea Reach Ltd Project Manager Sea Reach Ltd. is an award-winning, full service exhibit design and fabrication firm located in Sheridan, OR. Our ideal candidate is professional, flexible, and precise. This position will require the following: Managing freelance work Set up a task order for the freelancer that describes the contracted scope of work, the fees and project schedule. Manage the project schedule, keeping freelancers on time and clients on time Take in deliverables from freelancers, review with team, and prepare to share with client Manage clients review comments Managing small projects Manage client communication Manage project through its various phases at Sea Reach (design.build.install) Keep team informed about project progress and hand-offs Follow-up and follow through on each portion of the project is essential Keep project folders organize following business protocols Keep electronic files labeled correctly following business protocols Manage scope of work (safeguarding agains scope creep or changes in scope) Update quote system if scope changes and secure signature approval or modification for changes Photograph final product Close out project Assist the Sea Reach team Assist team where needed to keep company wide projects on schedule and monitor file management and closeout for all projects.
