Project Manager for Music/Arts Studio

Lightning is looking for a part time project manager. We are looking for a positive, open minded self starter with great organizational skills to help us oversee various projects in our next phase of development. We are equal parts music studio, art studio, and media company, working in worlds as diverse as the indie music scene, art world releases and exhibitions, and also brand and film work. JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Management in all aspects of our multi-faceted business including sales, communications, marketing, product development, industry relationships and partnerships Sales - Managing long ranging projects from design, to mailings, to follow up communications Socials - managing an editorial calendar, from photoshoots, to writing copy, to ideation & formatting/ design, to scheduling posts and managing online software Front of House Communications - Newsletter, Website Updates, Showroom + Art Collector Communications Oversee Label + Art Release Calendar (Managing Calendar between differenct aspects of release - production, content creation, asset management, and overseeeing any freelancers to acheive targets) Communication with vendors and fabricators for Product Development Managing Marketing Initiatives (coordinating and implementing everything from Creative, through to Ad Reach, PR, and Analytics Project Manager for Industry Communications - Sales, Partnerships Press and Coordinate press, marketing and radio teams to be on the same page) Execute administrative and logistic duties Conduct periodical stock management and control of frontline and catalog releases Build Industry relationships Partnership & Sales Outreach SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: An all around generalist who is willing to handle many tasks in different industries Able to Download goals and translate them into actionable steps toward completion Worldly experienced person, with 4/5 years experience in one of the following industries - Ad Agency, Sales, Music Industry, Media Company, Tech Excellent communicator, with the ability to properly represent our brand - both as a professional and as someone with knowledge of arts, culture and media An excellent sense for words, communication, the ability to write copy for social posts, or sales literature, and proffessional emails A proactive person with problem solving tendencies Trustworthy and Team Spirit An excellent sense of organization and use of spreadsheets, and calendars An excellent understanding of the music, film, & art industries, culture, and markets a+ Entreprenuerial spirit with the willingness to manage a team, using expert communications and understanding, as well as willing to handle jobs all by yourself Fluent in the digital landscape and analytics tools a plus Art / Design / Photography skills a plus Positive, Easy Going Please send resume and work experience to above contact.
