Come put your photography skills and eye for detail to work for us. We are looking for a property photographer / property conditioner inspector to join our property management team. This is a full time position with a company provided vehicle for work use. Primary Responsibilities: \\- Photograph properties for marketing purposes \\- Conduct move in and move out inspections with photos for the purposes of documenting the condition of the property at tenant move in and move out \\- Occupied property inspections with photos \\- Delivery of HVAC filters to properties you are inspecting and those nearby Required Skills \\- Photography \\- Ability to work independently \\- Clean driving record \\- Technologically Savy \\- Knowledge and ability to use photoshop \\- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Things that would be great, but not required \\- Basic knowledge of home maintenance / repairs \\- Bi-ligual Compensation & Benefits \\- Starting at $15.00 per hour \\- Health, Dental and vision insurance options \\- 401K with company match \\- Use of Company Vehicle
