Come put your photography skills and eye for detail to work for us. We are looking for a property photographer / property conditioner inspector to join our property management team. This is a full time position with a company provided vehicle for work use. Primary Responsibilities: -Photograph properties for marketing purposes -Conduct move in and move out inspections with photos for the purposes of documenting the condition of the property at tenant move in and move out -Occupied property inspections with photos -Delivery of HVAC filters to properties you are inspecting and those nearby Required Skills: -Photography -Ability to work independently -Clean driving record -Technologically Savy -Knowledge and ability to use photoshop -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Things that would be great, but not required -Basic knowledge of home maintenance / repairs -Bi-ligual Compensation & Benefits: -Starting at $15.00 per hour -Health, Dental and vision insurance options -401K with company match -Use of Company Vehicle
