Property Preservation Technician

HB Properties is a fast growing company that preforms Property Preservation on bank owned, vacant properties in Pennsylvania, Maine, Vermont and New York. We are a family owned company and care for the individual needs of our employees and want them to succeed! As a construction based company we pride ourselves in many variations of repairs that include work in exterior and interior projects, as well as basic landscaping needs. If you want to be involved in a company where you matter, make a difference, like hands on work, and If you are a quick leaner and someone that likes to “figure things out” then this position is right for you! Bonus points if you are certified in various trades (electrical, plumbing, OSHA ect…) Some common tasks we preform include: securing properties, painting, clean outs, winterizations, tree trimming, shrub trimming, plowing snow in winter, cutting grass in spring/summer/fall.
