Property Preservation Technician

HB Properties is a fast growing company that preforms Property Preservation on bank owned, vacant properties in Pennsylvania, Maine, Vermont and New York. As a construction based company we pride ourselves in many variations of repairs that include work in exterior and interior projects, as well as basic landscaping needs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Protect and preserve vacant properties Work order requests are responded in a timely manner and professionally Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure the safety and cleanliness of a property Communicates with management on items that need to be repaired and what general yard maintenance needs to be taken care of on property Utilize company software including mobile apps for updating work order status Perform home winterizations Requirements and Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Strong organizational and communication skills Basic construction knowledge is a plus Towing capabilities preferred Good photography skills Must be able to pass a background check & drug screening Typical daily work order list Posting property notices Property secures which include changing out existing door locks Painting Carpet removal Debris Removal and Cleanouts Grass cutting, leaf removal, tree trimming and tree limb removal Shrub trimming Plowing snow
