In your first month, you’ll: * Be exposed to a wide variety of beauty and lash products exclusively * Learn internal systems and processes * Learn our hashtags and branding for posts * Make connections with team members and industry associates with whom you will be interacting most frequently * Assist in resolving customer problems with guidance * Learn the simple functions of our website and how to maintain it on a daily basis * Assist other team members as needed to contribute to the team and company’s success What You’ll Do: * Continue to become familiar with higher priority and more complex scenarios * Follow up via outbound phone calls, email, and internal tools within our service guidelines to maximize customer satisfaction * Comfortable explaining lash extensions like a true lash professional to other lash technicians * Learn to be familiar with Wordpress * Develop a basic rapport with our lash service clients, online customers, and international and domestic students * Accurately answer a variety of technical questions about illumino’s services and products What you’ll bring: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Previous work experience, preferably in customer service * Ability to lift 35 lbs * Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (WordPress is nice to have!)
