We are a small business with an emphasis on customer service. Schedule Appointments Schedule photo shoots using Acuity: Gather pertinent information, add to schedule, send confirmation, add any needed notes/requirements that clearly communicate agent requests to photographers. Rearrange schedule to minimize mileage for photographers when possible. Facilitate Administrative Tasks Manage workflow of projects from scheduling to delivery using the Daily Docketâ„¢, and late morning editor check-ins, as well as notify clients and Operations Manager of any delays in delivery. Communicate information to relevant channels including Owner, Operations Manager, Billing Department, Integrator, HR, Editors and Photographers.
