Saturday is our cabin change-over day, and our staff all work together to prepare the ranch for the next weeks' guests. Duties will be: Working in the gift shop, housekeeping/wait staff, ranch photography, answering the phone, helping in the office, yard work, painting/staining, helping with the kid’s program, assist with trail rides, guiding a hike, shuttling guests or other duties as assigned. We look for mature, outgoing staff who have a ready smile, are willing to work hard, have fun, and love the outdoors and people. Working and living together on a 24-hour basis is not always easy and requires that certain policies be observed out of respect for other employees and our family. A ranch job is not for everyone, but it is a job that will have many lasting friendships and memories.
