We are a real estate team in search of administrative assistant. Im looking for someone who is extremely detailed oriented, is good with computers and technology, is good on the phone and is personable and self starting and has proactive demeanor. Graphic design background and real estate background preferred but not required. Assistant Duties and Responsibilities: - Transaction management including paperwork coordination with accounting and partners, following up on pending deals and organizing post closing paperwork - Assisting on marketing efforts which include - ordering brochures - scheduling photography and videos - Creating ads - Sending out marketing blasts through various agent channels - Managing agents social media accounts and content - Editing and uploading Videos - Scheduling showing with prospective leads, current clients and industry partners - Handling any physical mailings as deemed necessary by agent - Helping organize client and partner events - Creating Quickbooks reports and managing business expenses - Handling and managing agent database and CRM - Ad- Hoc projects as needed - Providing any other administrative assistance that may be deemed necessary by agent
