We work directly with our network of vendors to get the loans performing again or complete the foreclosure process and then resell the properties. With a growing portfolio of loans we are finding it more challenging to manage all of the vendors and verify that all of the assets in the portfolio are in good order. This position will require a lot of following up and verifying that loan servicing, documentation, insurance and other details for each asset are on track. Experience with Pipedrive is a plus but not required. • Interact and follow up with attorney’s, loan servicers, realtors, contractors, property managers and other vendors using email and phone.
