Role Overview
The Capture Only Photographer is responsible for the high-quality on-site capture of real estate media across five counties (Lane, Marion, Polk, Linn, and Benton). This role is strictly for field capture; the photographer is responsible for shooting the media and uploading the raw files, with zero post-production or editing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Capture: Perform professional HDR photography, cinematic video walk-throughs, and 3D Matterport tours/floor plans according to established brand standards.
Aerial Operations: Conduct drone photography and video (requires FAA Part 107 license).
Client Management: Act as the primary face of the company on-site, ensuring a professional experience for realtors and homeowners.
Equipment & Logistics: Maintain and utilize provided professional gear and a company vehicle. Perform file uploads immediately following the shoot for post-production.
Qualifications:
The "Eye" over the Resume: Priority is placed on a natural eye for composition, lighting, and framing rather than years of technical experience.
Technical Training: Willingness to be trained in specific HDR, video, and 3D capture protocols.
Relationship Skills: Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
Reliability: Ability to navigate a large service territory efficiently.
