Hours: 2 to 4 days per week, 10-4 pm. Potentially more hours if necessary/desired. This is not a remote position; you would report to our office on Clark street. Qualifications: Student at a four-year university High GPA in business or real estate related major Flexible work schedule Job Responsibilities Include: Preparing marketing materials (flyers, listings and editing photos) Photographing apartment units Posting units online (MLS, Zillow, Facebook) Preparing lease materials Checking on the condition of apartments Showing apartments to potential tenants etc. Great experience in residential real estate and marketing!
