SWFL RE Photography is a growing real estate media company serving Southwest Florida. We help real estate agents market their listings with professional photography, video tours, aerial media, 3D virtual tours, floor plans, and more.

Photography skills can be taught. Reliability, professionalism, attention to detail, and taking ownership of your work are extremely important in this role.
Responsibilities

Travel to properties throughout Southwest Florida and create listing media, including photos, video clips, drone media, 3D scans, and floor plans
Interact with real estate agents, homeowners, and other clients in a professional and friendly manner
Follow our step-by-step shooting processes to ensure consistent quality across every property
Arrive on time, fully prepared, and ready to begin each scheduled appointment
Complete equipment checks before shoots and keep batteries, cameras, accessories, and other gear organized and ready to use
Safely transport, operate, and care for company equipment
Communicate proactively if an unexpected issue comes up
Upload photo and video files promptly after shoots and follow required file-handling procedures

Schedule

Part-time position with variable hours from week to week
Team members provide their availability in advance, and shoots are scheduled based on that availability
Once a shoot is accepted or scheduled within the availability you provided, we rely on that commitment and expect it to be honored except in genuine emergencies
Applicants should only provide availability they can reliably maintain, since clients book appointments based on our team's availability
Some days may have one appointment, while others may include multiple properties in different areas
This is an on-location position and is not a guaranteed-hours role

Travel
This is a mobile position that requires regular driving to properties throughout Southwest Florida.
Our current service area extends from Marco Island to Punta Gorda, including Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and surrounding communities.

Applicants should be comfortable regularly traveling throughout this service area. Reliable transportation is essential, as multiple properties may sometimes be scheduled in different areas on the same day.

Physical Requirements
This is an active, on-location position. Applicants must be able to:

Work outdoors in Florida heat and humidity
Walk throughout homes, yards, driveways, community areas, and other property spaces
Climb stairs
Carry and transport camera bags, tripods, gimbals, and other equipment weighing up to approximately 25 lbs
Operate handheld camera and gimbal equipment for extended periods

These functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements

Live in Fort Myers, FL or nearby
Reliable vehicle, 2014 or newer
iPhone 14 or newer
Business casual appearance while working with clients
Reliable computer capable of handling photo and video files
High-speed home internet capable of reliably uploading large photo and video files after shoots
2+ years of customer service experience preferred
Background check required
Must be willing to study for and obtain an FAA Part 107 drone license; study materials are provided
Cannot hold an active real estate license
Must be comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities without constant supervision
