Real Estate Media Contractor (SF Bay Area) Creative Specialist · Concord, San Ramon, San Jose, San Mateo - California SUMMARY A Real Estate Media Contractor (“Creative Specialist”) will have the opportunity to assist with the in-field production of real estate marketing solutions for Company. Tasks include but are not limited to real estate photography, videography, 3D scanning, aerial drone photography/videography, file management, and etc. A Creative Specialist utilizes their creative abilities to ensure client satisfaction while upholding the aesthetic standards and of Company. CONTRACTOR TASKS • Must be able to complete at least one of the following tasks: o Real estate photography o Real estate videography o Aerial drone photography/videography o 3D scanning • Upload footage and files and communicate and offload applicable field notes to Company internal systems • Upholds stylistic and aesthetic standards of Company • Identify and determine the best creative solutions while completing our services when applicable • Travel to and from shoots in a timely manner based on agreed upon schedules • Oversee in-field production from start to finish • Maintain responsive and consistent communication with Company during projects SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Refined photography, videography, and drone operation skills • FAA Part 107 Drone License required • Valid Driver’s License required • Experience in the Real Estate media industry preferred • Dropbox systems knowledge preferred • 2-3 years of experience in professional or independent creative contracting work PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES • Moving about to accomplish tasks or traveling from one worksite to another • Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions • Repeating motions that may include the arms, wrists, hand, and/or fingers • Operating light machinery and/or electronic equipment • Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned • Standing for extended periods of time
