Real Estate Media Creator (Photography • Video • Drone)

Digital Homes is looking for an experienced real estate media professional to join our growing Connecticut team.

This is a capture-only role. You'll photograph and film residential listings while our operations team handles scheduling, editing, delivery, and client coordination outside of the appointment.

We're looking for someone who can confidently capture photography, video, and drone media during a single visit while maintaining consistent quality and an efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

Capture interior and exterior real estate photography
Film cinematic property walkthrough videos
Capture drone photography and video on most assignments
Shoot bracketed (AEB) photo exposures
Upload RAW photo and video files after each shoot
Maintain consistent image quality and smooth camera movement

Requirements

Professional real estate photography and video experience
Portfolio demonstrating both photography and video work
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
Drone ownership
Professional camera equipment suitable for real estate media
Reliable transportation
Weekday availability
Strong communication and professionalism with clients on-site

Compensation

Assignments are paid per property based on size and services provided.

Typical combined photo, video, and drone assignments pay $200-$300+.

Additional compensation is available for larger properties and expanded media packages.
