About the Role
We’re looking for an upbeat, reliable, and service-driven professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Minneapolis area.
This is more than just a photography job—you’ll be the face of our brand in the field. You’ll work directly with real estate agents and homeowners, capture high-quality listing media, and deliver a polished, white-glove client experience every time.
No prior professional photography experience? No problem. We value your personality, reliability, and ability to connect with people above all else.
Schedule & Availability
Weekday daytime availability (9 AM–5 PM)Approximately 10 hours per weekTravel required throughout the Minneapolis areaOccasional appointments up to 2 hours away (one way)Flexible schedule with strong emphasis on reliabilityMileage reimbursement provided between appointments
What You’ll Do
Travel to residential properties for scheduled shootsCapture interior and exterior listing media using a structured shot listRepresent our brand professionally with clientsDeliver a friendly, high-level customer experienceCommunicate clearly and confidently on-siteUpload media after each shoot (no editing required)Stay organized and consistent across appointments
Compensation & Growth
Paid training: $17/hourStandard shoots: $20 per unit (≈ 60 minutes on-site)Drone-certified shoots: $25/hourVideo & add-ons: Variable based on projectMileage reimbursement: $0.30/mile (between appointments) Strong growth potential into higher-paying services and more consistent work as you develop in the role.
