Real Estate Media Operations Assistant

Hand & Frame Creative, LLC is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join the team as a part-time, fully remote, 1099 contractor.

The primary focus of this position is the final quality check, light retouching, organization, and delivery of real estate photography projects. Additional responsibilities may include social media, website updates, client communication, scheduling, and other operational support. Candidates should be familiar with New York's Capital Region (Albany and surrounding communities).

Hand & Frame Creative, founded in 2020, has worked with 300+ real estate agents throughout the Capital Region, from Lake George to Cooperstown, providing media for residential and commercial listings and short-term rentals.

Real estate photography
Videography
Aerial drone services
Floor plans and virtual tours
Instagram Reels
Virtual staging
Branding and marketing materials

So far in 2026, Hand & Frame has completed more than 700 photo shoots for 176 agents. While the business continues to grow, providing clients with high-quality work and a friendly, professional experience remains at the center of the company.

The Role

The main responsibility will be getting completed photography projects through the final quality check and delivered to the client. Photos will already have been color-corrected and straightened. This position focuses on the final review and finishing touches before delivery.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing photos for quality and consistency
Performing light retouching in Adobe Photoshop, removing unwanted or distracting elements such as cars, boxes, small objects, etc
Organizing and properly naming files
Preparing and delivering completed galleries to clients
Assisting with virtual staging using company-specific software
Communicating with clients when needed regarding deliveries or adjustments

A typical workload will be approximately 3–10 properties per day, with a goal of having listings delivered to clients by 12:00 PM whenever possible. Busy days may require some flexibility.

Additional Responsibilities

As workload and availability allow, the role may also include:

Creating and scheduling social media content
Updating the company website with newer projects
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Assisting with client communication by phone and email

The primary focus will remain photo quality control and delivery, with additional responsibilities based on skills, workload, and availability.

What We're Looking For

Required

Working experience with Adobe Photoshop
Strong attention to detail and a good eye for photography
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable availability during morning and business hours
Strong communication skills
A friendly, patient, and professional approach with clients and coworkers

Strongly Preferred

Working knowledge of Adobe Bridge and Camera Raw
Experience with real estate photography workflows and retouching
Familiarity with virtual staging, interior design, current trends
Social media or website management experience
Administrative or client-facing experience
Familiarity with the Capital Region of NY

Position Details
