About the Role

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, coachable, and service-driven team member to join our growing real estate media company in the Houston area.

This is much more than a photography position.

You’ll represent our brand in the field while working directly with real estate agents and homeowners to create high-quality listing media and deliver a polished, white-glove client experience.

No prior real estate photography experience is required.

What You’ll Do

Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointmentsCapture interior and exterior listing media using our structured shot processInteract professionally with agents and homeownersFollow detailed processes and checklists consistentlyUpload media after appointments using your personal computer and internet connectionMaintain organization and accuracy throughout every appointmentDeliver a high-level, white-glove client experienceThis is an active, people-focused role where no two days are exactly the same.

Schedule & Availability

Monday-Friday availability requiredApproximately 15-25 hours per weekDaytime business hoursMust live Central / Downtown HoustonFlexibility and reliability are essentialA significant amount of driving is involved between appointments, so a reliable vehicle is required.

One of the unique perks of this role is that drive time between appointments is paid. You’ll clock in at your first appointment and clock out at your last appointment of the day.

Compensation & Benefits

Paid training: $20/hour (Typically 2-4 weeks)After drone certification and training: $30/hourMileage reimbursement: $0.40 per milePart-time schedule with room for growthDrone certification is required before training begins (we will help you obtain this).
