Real Estate Media Photographer (Contract / Part-Time/Full-Time)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Real Estate Media Photographer to join our team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis. Duties

Capture professional-grade photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties, ensuring each shot highlights the property's best features.
Conduct post-production editing using tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Final Cut Pro to enhance images and videos with color correction, photo manipulation, and art direction.
Manage color consistency and color management techniques across all media to produce visually appealing results that align with branding standards.
Film high-quality video tours and promotional content, utilizing videography skills to create engaging narratives for social media platforms and online listings.
Collaborate with clients and marketing teams to understand project goals, providing creative input on art direction and visual style.
Organize and maintain a digital library of media assets for easy access and efficient workflow.
Stay current with industry trends in photography, videography, social media management, and editing software to continually improve your craft.

Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate photography, videography, or related fields with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop), Capture One, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and other editing tools.
Knowledge of photo editing techniques including photo manipulation, color correction, and art direction.
Skilled in filming high-quality video content with an understanding of lighting, framing, and storytelling principles.
Familiarity with color theory and color management practices to ensure consistent visual output across all media formats.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions and collaborative projects.
Experience with social media management is a plus for creating content optimized for various platforms.
