Responsibilities

Capture professional-grade photos and videos of residential and commercial properties, ensuring each shot highlights key features and aesthetic appeal.
Produce engaging video content, including filming, editing, and post-production using tools like Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro to create virtual tours, promotional clips, and social media assets.
Manage color accuracy through proper color management techniques, ensuring consistency across all media formats.
Maintain an organized workflow for shooting schedules and media archives to ensure timely delivery of content.
Stay current with industry trends in photography, videography, social media management, and real estate marketing to continually enhance your craft.

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate photography or videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in capturing property visuals.
Strong understanding of color theory, color management practices, and art direction principles to produce visually appealing content.
Ability to film high-quality videos with good framing, lighting, and sound quality; experience with videography is essential.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members effectively.
