Experience in real estate or architectural photography or a strong relevant portfolio Comfortable shooting both photo and video Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Professional, confident communicator on-site with clients Ability to work independently while following company standards Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally around Pittsburgh FAA Part 107 drone certification Experience with gimbals or cinematic video Prior Matterport or 3D tour experience Consistent weekday work (no nights or weekends) Performance-based earning potential No editing or admin responsibilities Clear workflows, support, and training Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding media company real estate photography: 1 year (Preferred) Photography: 2 years (Required) Videography: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 3 years (Required)
