Real Estate Media Specialist - Photographer

What You’ll Be Doing • Capture high-quality interior and exterior real estate photography • Shoot cinematic walkthrough videos (horizontal + occasional vertical reels) • Operate drones for photo and video (if FAA Part 107 certified) • Capture 3D tours using company-provided Matterport or 360 cameras (training provided) • Assist with floor plan scans using mobile tools when needed • Represent Exposure It professionally while working with agents, homeowners, and tenants • Follow established shot lists, workflows, and brand standards What We’re Looking For • Experience in real estate or architectural photography or a strong relevant portfolio • Comfortable shooting both photo and video • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented • Professional, confident communicator on-site with clients • Ability to work independently while following company standards • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally around Pittsburgh Why Work With Exposure It • Consistent weekday work (no nights or weekends) • Performance-based earning potential • No editing or admin responsibilities • Clear workflows, support, and training • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding media company Experience: • real estate photography: 1 year (Preferred) • Photography: 2 years (Required) • Videography: 1 year (Preferred) • Customer service: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • Pittsburgh, PA (Required)
