Real Estate Media Specialist

Pay: up to $35/hr + mileage reimbursement

Schedule: Part-Time (15-20 hours/week, weekdays between 9 AM - 5 PM)

We’re hiring a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join a growing real estate media team serving Greenville and the surrounding Upstate area.

This role plays an important part in the client experience. You’ll be trusted to represent the brand in the field, interact directly with homeowners and agents, and deliver consistent, high-quality work.

No photography experience is required, but consistency, accountability, and professionalism are essential.

What You’ll Do
• Travel locally to residential properties
• Capture interior and exterior photos using a clear, structured shot list
• Create a smooth, professional experience for clients on-site
• Upload photo files after each shoot, no editing required
• Learn video and drone services over time

What We’re Looking For
• Reliable, accountable, and consistent in how you show up
• Professional and comfortable interacting with clients in their homes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a process
• Organized and able to manage your schedule independently
• Comfortable using basic technology
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive locally ($0.50/mile reimbursement)
• Available at least 15 hours per week between 9 AM - 5 PM
• Located within ~20-30 miles of Greenville, SC

Compensation & Growth
• $20/hour during paid training
• $25/hour after obtaining drone license
• $30/hour after video training
• $35/hour after premium video training
• $0.50/mile reimbursement

There is a clear path to increased responsibility and higher pay as you develop additional skills.
