Right now, we’re looking for a Creative Listing Media Specialist to join our Killeen-based crew.
You don’t need photography or videography experience to apply. We’ll teach you everything. You do not need any equipment either, all you need is the right personality, a part 107 drone license, and a drivers license and your own vehicle for reliable transportation!
You need a great attitude, solid work ethic, and the confidence to show up ready to serve.
What You’ll Do
• Travel to homes and shoot listing content: photos, video, drone, and 3D scans, etc
• Drive a lot.
• Help agents feel confident on camera — coach them on what to say and how to look their best
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and our internal team
• Follow shoot-day checklists, prep gear, and manage logistics
• Upload files and notes to our editing team — you shoot, we edit
• Represent the Hammonds Home Media brand with kindness, integrity, reliability, and professionalism at all times, even outside of work!
• Oh and did I say drive… A LOT..

Drone License Requirement
All team members must ALREADY HAVE their FAA Part 107 drone license before applying for the position!
If you do NOT have a drone license, this position is NOT FOR YOU! All our services include drone photography at minimum.
Must-Haves
• Live in the Fort Hood Area (Killeen, Temple, Belton, Harker Heights etc...)
• Valid driver’s license + reliable car - There is a lot of driving involved!
• iPhone 15 PRO MAX (or 16 PRO MAX or 17 PRO MAX) + computer + reliable high speed internet- YES if you do not have AT LEAST a 15 PRO MAX not just a pro, that IS A DEAL BREAKER)
• Available at least 2–4 days per week for shoot availability- you get to choose what days and when you take vacations!
• Confident, articulate, and calm under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Extremely detail-oriented, reliable, coachable, and organized
• Willing to receive constructive feedback and improve constantly
• Comfortable driving daily and being on your feet
• If you have ANY vacations during BUSINESS DAYS in the next 90 days you will not be considered for the position. This is because your first 90 days are a crucial training period. If you are leaving for a weekend at some point, that is fine, we are talking about 4+ day long vacations during business days.

Pay + Schedule
• $12 hr for training
• Pay increases incrementally from $12 an hour up to $25 an hour as you are trained and gain experience and certified to go on your own to appointments without a trainer with you. Ideally at the end of 90 days you will be at the full $25/hour
• Hourly pay is based on each appointment scheduled, you will clock in and clock out at each appointment - drive time is not included in hourly pay
• $10 BONUS PER APPOINTMENT you complete (10 appointments = $100, 60 appointments = $600 and so on) ... This bonus is to account for the large amount of travel during your days and to account for upload times in the evenings)
• 10–35 hours/week (client demand varies week to week, could be more, but also could be less, we CANNOT guarantee hours in slow season there could be days where there is NO WORK.)
• Bonus pay for evenings when requested- For twilight shoots that occur at/after sunset
• Training is paid (2–4 weeks depending on background)
