What You’ll Need to Succeed: To thrive, you must meet specific equipment requirements (detailed below) and possess a strong commitment to customer service and professionalism. Ensure you have a reliable internet connection, a valid driver’s license, and dependable transportation for traveling to job sites.

As a Metroplex360 Capture Technician, you will execute on-site 3D scans and HDR photography using Matterport technology and DSLR cameras, maintaining precision, attention to detail, and spatial awareness in all visual outputs. You will represent Metroplex360 professionally, coordinate clearly with our scheduling and editing teams, and efficiently manage your independent schedule while adhering to our quality standards.

Required Equipment:
• Full-Frame DSLR or Mirrorless Camera capable of bracketing 5+ exposures in AEB (Auto Exposure Bracketing) mode
• Wide-Angle Zoom Lens (14-16mm preferred) - Prime lenses are not compatible
• Sturdy Tripod to maintain stability and precision
• Ball Head tripod mount for flexible and secure camera positioning

Compensation:

We offer competitive, project-based compensation tailored to the specifics of each assignment. Payment for Matterport captures is calculated per square foot, while photography and other services are billed per job. Our aim is for technicians to earn between $70-$100 per hour based on efficiency and deliverables. Most individual jobs start at $70+, with the potential to earn more depending on project complexity, location, and turnaround time. Full compensation details are provided during onboarding.

Requirements:

Ideal candidates should boast a background in photography, surveying, or a related field, with the ability to work on their feet for extended periods. Reliable transportation to various job sites is essential. To qualify, you must demonstrate proficiency in real estate photography by completing a remote certification course and submitting a test photoshoot. Upon onboarding, you will also need to submit a W-9 form with a valid EIN and provide a current Certificate of Insurance.
