Real Estate Media Specialist

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week

We are hiring an upbeat, reliable, and service-driven professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Minneapolis area.

This is not just a photography job. This role represents our brand in the field. You will work directly with agents and homeowners, capture high-quality listing media, and deliver a polished, white-glove client experience every time.

If you have a great personality, strong people skills, and a positive attitude, this could be a great fit. No prior professional photography experience is required - we care far more about your energy, reliability, and ability to connect with clients.

Schedule & Availability
• Weekday daytime hours (9-5pm) availability needed
• Approximately 10 hours per week
• Daily travel required around Minneapolis
• Some appointments may require travel up to 2 hours one way
• Flexibility and reliability are essential
• * Mileage reimbursement provided between appointments

What You’ll Do
• Travel to residential properties for scheduled appointments
• Capture interior and exterior listing media following a structured shot list
• Represent our company professionally with agents and homeowners
• Deliver a friendly, high-level client experience
• Communicate clearly and confidently on-site
• Upload media after each shoot (no editing required)
• Stay organized and consistent across appointments

Compensation & Growth Path
• Paid training: $17/hour
• Standard photoshoots: $20 per unit (1 unit = 60 minutes on-site)
• Drone-certified shoots: $25/hour
• Video and additional services: variable based on project scope
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.30/mile (between appointments only)
