We’re hiring a dependable, detail-oriented professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Augusta area.
This is more than a photography job — it’s a client-facing role representing our brand in the field. You’ll work directly with real estate agents and homeowners to capture high-quality listing media while delivering an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
No prior real estate photography experience is required. We provide paid training and value professionalism, reliability, coachability, and attention to detail above all else.
What You’ll Do
Travel to residential properties for scheduled appointmentsCapture interior and exterior listing media using structured shot guidelinesProvide a polished, professional experience for agents and homeownersFollow detailed processes and checklists consistentlyUpload media after each appointment (editing not required)Maintain organization, punctuality, and communication throughout the workdayRepresent the company professionally at every shoot
Schedule & Travel Requirements
Monday–Friday daytime availability requiredApproximately 30 hours per weekFlexible schedule based on daily appointmentsIncreased workload available during peak seasonsTravel within a 30-mile primary service areaOpportunities for additional compensated travel up to 90 milesReliable transportation is required
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
Paid training: $15/hourStandard photoshoots: starting at $25 per propertyDrone-certified shoots: $30 per propertyVideo-certified shoots: $35 per propertyMileage reimbursement: $0.30/mileAdditional compensation for extended travel assignments
This is a piece-rate position. All hours worked are tracked and reviewed to ensure compliance with minimum wage and overtime regulations.
