Essential Requirements: • Proven experience in real estate photography and videography • Proficiency with Canon R series cameras • Experience creating and editing professional video content • Expertise in virtual tour creation and 3D mapping • FAA-certified drone operator (or willingness to obtain certification) • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Professional communication skills Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Capturing high-quality interior and exterior property photos • Recording and editing professional property video tours • Creating immersive 3D virtual tours • Developing detailed floor plans • Operating drone equipment for aerial photography and video • Meeting strict 24-hour turnaround deadlines • Maintaining equipment and ensuring quality control • Communicating professionally with real estate agents and clients • Using our booking platform (Aryeo) for scheduling and delivery Pay: From $15.00 per hour
