We are hiring an energetic, coachable, and service-driven professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Lake Ariel area.
This is not just a photography job. This role represents our brand in the field. You will work directly with agents, capture listing media, and help guide clients on camera—bringing energy, direction, and confidence to every shoot.

No prior real estate photography experience is required. The right personality, attitude, and willingness to learn matter far more than technical experience.

What You’ll Do
Travel to residential properties for scheduled appointmentsCapture interior and exterior listing mediaAssist with and learn agent-facing video shootsDirect and guide agents on camera with confidence and energyRepresent the company in a professional and upbeat mannerAdapt quickly on-site and problem-solve in real timeUpload media after each shoot (no editing required)Maintain organization and consistency across appointments
Compensation & Growth Path
Paid training at $18/hourDrone certification required within the first 30 days ($30 per shoot rate after certification; test cost reimbursed upon passing)Video certification opens additional earning opportunitiesMileage reimbursement at $0.30/mile
