Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Must have your own cell phone or camera with ability to take high quality photos • Prior work driving, courier services, delivery packages, photography or similar jobs • Experience in real estate, home or commercial inspection or photograph is a plus • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to drive to locations to complete the assignments • Comfortable working independently, walking around occupied and vacant properties • Attention to detail is critical in the role for picture taking, inspections and reporting • Excellent organizational skills to plan your day and routes • Written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills are required • Proficient in basic computer skills, such as sending emails, uploading photos and reports • Bilingual speakers, and Retirees and Notary Publics are encouraged to apply
