Exposure It is expanding, and we’re looking for a Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to handle evening and weekend shoots in Pittsburgh. This position is ideal for a skilled photographer looking for flexible, high-energy work in the real estate media industry. This includes: • Real Estate Photography – Capturing high-quality, properly lit, and well-composed interior and exterior photos of properties • Real Estate Videography – Filming smooth, engaging walkthrough videos to highlight property features • Aerial Drone Photography & Video – Capturing high-quality drone imagery and video (FAA Part 107 certification required before flying commercially; reimbursement provided if passed on the first attempt) • 3D Virtual Tours & Matterport Scans – Scanning properties to create immersive 3D virtual tours (Matterport/360 camera preferred, but not required) • Floor Plans & Measurements – Using measurement tools or mobile scanning technology to generate floor plans • Twilight Photography – Capturing stunning sunset/twilight images for high-end listings • File Delivery – Uploading the final edited media to our platform for delivery to clients Requirements: • Experience in real estate photography OR a strong photography/videography portfolio • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Professionalism and strong communication skills when working with clients • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality media production • Reliable transportation to travel to properties in the Pittsburgh area Schedule & Compensation: • Weekdays: 3:30 PM – Sunset • Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Compensation: Per-shoot pay, competitive with industry rates • FAA Part 107 Certification: Reimbursement provided if passed on the first attempt • Contract Basis: This is a flexible independent contractor role (1099).
