We are a Real Estate Services Provider capturing high quality photos, video, 3D Tours and floorplans for residential and commercial real estate listings in Maine and New Hampshire. We are looking for a detail oriented people person to join our team for this unique opportunity. Role Description The Real Estate Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images, video, 3D Tours and floorplans of properties, safely flying drones to capture photos and video and being responsible for company equipment used on a day to day basis. Qualifications • Photography and videography skills preferred • Experience in real estate photography preferred • Knowledge of real estate photo and video composition preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and proactively • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • High level of computer/technology proficiency • Experience with real estate marketing is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent • For the right applicant, even with no direct experience, complete training will be provided.
