Real Estate Photographer/Videographer

• Test equipment prior to use to ensure that it is in good working order. Real estate photography experience is preferred, but not required. Work Schedule: Must be able to read and execute off design and construction plans • Creative Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. • Dependability – Follows instructions, responds to feedback; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to atypical hours of work when necessary to reach goals (i.e. extended travel, twilight shoots, short deadlines); Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
