Owning your own equipment (camera, tripod, drone) or being willing to invest in your gear is a big plus but, if not, equipment can be provided on a rental or rent to own agreement. We pay our photographers on a per shoot basis, based on a percentage of the total shoot value - so the more you work the more you earn! • Honesty, reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness are a must - With so much autonomy, responsibility, and little supervision our team and our clients must be able to trust you to do the right thing. What is important to us is that you can produce excellent work, do what you say you will, and be honest and reliable.
