Responsibilities • Accept and respond quickly to listing appointment requests via email. • Submit a minimum of 15-30 professionally edited, high-quality photos of the interior/exterior of the property within 24 hours of the listing appointment. • Pick up smart electronic lockboxes for installation from properties within a minimum of 35 miles from the listing appointment property. • Install electronic and classic lockboxes, document, and test all keys during the listing appointment. • Complete an initial walkthrough and submit a full report of property condition to document any issues.
