Real Estate Photographer

This is a part-time job. 8-12 hours a week.Must submit portfolio.We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Photographer to join our marketing team. The photographer will be responsible for overseeing the photographing all finished houses, events, headshots and other marketing needs. Shoot and edit all needed photography including finished houses, events, and marketing needs.Gather and edit Associate headshots and day-in-the-life photography.Be able to edit format as needed.Archive content, including raw footage and completed projects.Ability to travel frequently and on short notice.Positively respond to executive and management feedback.Provides photo retouching and builds and maintains a well-organized photo library of all assets.RequirementsMust have a reliable car.Experience with Matterport a plus.Experience with realty photography a plus.Bachelor's degree or pursing one in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Beneficial to hold a Remote Pilot Small Unmanned Aircraft System License. (FAA Drone Pilot's License)Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer/Editor, showcasing a strong portfolio of video and multimedia projects.Detailed understanding of various camera and audio equipment, as well as lighting techniques.Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual consistency.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a team environment.A creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and staying current with industry trends.Experience in a fast paced, breaking news environment is helpful.
